How it works -

Policies & Terms of Service

  • » We offer flat rates for services. Quoted Prices are final and there will be no additional charges. Click Here to Contact Us for a Quote.
  • » We will design a sample design proof for you, either in .pdf form or web form (depending on format of the site) Free of Charge and email it to you for your consideration. Time frame is 1-2 business days for a design proof for your consideration.
  • » After Design proof is approved, content will need to be supplied (text and images) all at once preferred, in an email or word file.  Content will take 1-3 business days to complete depending. If content is sent in sections over time, time could vary greatly.
  • »  Payment is due as well at time of design proof approval/content. Once we've worked with you on a design you are satisfied with, at least half down is required for sites over $200, and full is required for sites under $200 to begin preparing the site to be web ready with textual content.
  • » We will host your site off of our servers for building/preview purposes until you are fully satisfied with the content.
  • » Upon final approval and payment (if site over $200), we offer free of charge to migrate the site to your hosting with proper credentials provided to us (e.g. ftp, cpanel, phpmyadmin may be necessary information need) or we can supply  you with the source files to upload on your own. We do not offer hosting at this time.
  • » Upon approval of either design stage (i.e. design proof, or final approval of live website) payment made for each is final and non-refundable. By paying via paypal, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
  • » Typically most design work and email response is carried out weekday evenings and nights, into the morning at times. Weekends can be available if necessary to be expedited. Please allow up to 24 hours for email response on weekdays, and 48 hours on weekends. Response time is typically sooner of course.
